Never lose your Speedy Rewards account by downloading the Speedway mobile app and logging into your account. You will have access to a digital card and, with account registration, you also have an Alternate ID.
If you prefer to carry a physical Speedy Rewards card and you need a new one, you can stop at any Speedway location and pick up a new physical card. Here is what you should do based on the state of your lost physical card:
- Registered cards - Log into your Speedy Rewards account from the website or in the mobile app and go to your account page. Select Merge / Replace Card and follow the instructions to replace and merge your old account with a new one so you can continue to earn and redeem points with a digital version of your card.
- Unregistered cards - If your physical card is not registered, it may be difficult to locate your account and protect your points. Contact us at Speedway Customer Service for assistance. To help the Customer Service find your account, it would be helpful to have a receipt available before making the call so they can use that information to find your account.
