What happens if my account is locked?

​​The lockout period is for 24 hours. ​​​​If your account remains locked after 24 hours, contact the Customer Service Department at 1-800-643-1948 during business hours (7 am to 8 pm EST Monday through Friday, and 8 am to 5 pm EST Saturday and Sunday).
