If you haven’t received a text message with the authentication code, confirm the following:
You are registering with a phone number that can receive text messages.
You have not blocked text messages from us in the past, or texted “STOP” to opt-out of text messages from us.
You can have the code resent by tapping “Resend Code” from the verification screen. If you still haven’t received the code, please call Customer Service at 1-800-643-1948.
